Rights-holder notice
Kings Pride respects recording, composition, artwork, trademark, publicity, and other rights. If you believe content infringes a right you control, send a complete notice to the designated rights channel. A production operator must register and publish the legally required agent details before public launch.
- Identify the protected work and the exact Kings Pride URL for the disputed material.
- Provide your name, organization, address, phone number, and email.
- Explain the ownership or authority on which the request is based.
- Include the good-faith and accuracy statements required in your jurisdiction.
- Add a physical or electronic signature.
Review and preservation
Kings Pride records the request, preserves relevant audit evidence, confirms receipt, and evaluates whether the notice is complete and credible. Access may be restricted while a high-risk claim is reviewed.
Kings Pride may share the notice with the uploader, legal advisers, service providers, or transparency databases where allowed. Sensitive personal data not necessary to the claim should not be included.
Uploader response
An affected uploader may submit a counter-notice or appeal with evidence of authorization, ownership, fair use, public-domain status, mistaken identification, or another lawful basis. Restoration occurs only after the applicable waiting period and legal review.
Repeated infringement, fraudulent notices, and retaliatory claims may lead to account restrictions or termination under a documented repeat-infringer policy.
Emergency and non-copyright reports
Reports involving imminent harm, non-consensual intimate imagery, child exploitation, impersonation, privacy, trademark, or unlawful content follow separate expedited safety and legal channels. Do not use a copyright notice for an unrelated interpersonal dispute.
